About ME

Hello! I’m Jordan Liepolt, a textile designer and illustrator with a love for capturing the intricate beauty of flowers. I hold a BFA in Textile Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and I’ve spent over 20 years working in the Home Fashions industry as both a designer and design director. My specialty lies in hand-painted surface pattern design, where I bring an eye for detail and an appreciation for subtle elegance to every piece.

Based in Warwick, Rhode Island, I draw inspiration from the beauty I see in the world around me—especially flowers, though I also love creating patterns that feature charming animals and tempting food scenes. When I design florals, I approach each pattern as though arranging a bouquet, thoughtfully selecting and layering each element to create something unique and uplifting. My goal is to capture even the smallest, most delicate details, crafting designs that invite you to look closer and appreciate each line and shade.

I work across a variety of mediums, from traditional watercolor painting to digital illustration, and I find joy in the intricate play of patterns and textures that give each design its own personality.
